- Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical documents before execution
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality approvals with QA/QC and client representatives
- Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones efficiently
- Identify technical issues, site challenges, and construction risks, and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, safe work practices, and company procedures throughout project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in structural steel erection and site execution
- Proven experience managing structural steel construction projects on site
- Strong knowledge of structural steel erection methodologies, fabrication, and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret structural, fabrication, and engineering drawings
- Excellent understanding of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and construction standards
- Strong leadership, team management, and site coordination skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and time management skills

Qualifications
