About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and applicable standards
- Prepare and submit inspection requests, material inspection requests, and quality documentation
- Identify non conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, engineers, and site teams for inspections and approvals
- Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with project quality requirements
- Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- Relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction, engineering, or contracting projects
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, and inspection processes
- Familiarity with international and Saudi standards and codes
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems
