About the Role

Responsibilities
- Continuously embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Hire and manage schedules for all store advisors, collaborate with Human Capital team for talent management and development
- Establish and build external partnerships to boost community engagement
- Take responsibility and create business drivers for store performance and monitoring of relevant store KPIs
- Oversee inventory management and BoH processes and FoH operations for exceptional customer service
- Support piloting, innovation and implementation of new retail solutions
- Execute product strategy and work closely with sales planning and retail marketing team for optimize sales funnel and visual merchandising
- Responsible for overall store compliance to ensure brand standards and company policies are implemented
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within a retail work environment in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible
- Experience using Data visualization tool (such as Cegid, SAP Retail, Sales Force)
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Overview
- This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Retail team and take on the responsibility to lead On's second location in KSA.
