- Overlook daily operations including administration, inventory management, VM, and replenishment
- Act as a coach for team members and promote a growth mindset
- Monitor team development plans and professional growth
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Ensure staff is trained on products and demonstrating to customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Stay updated on promotional initiatives and shopping events
- Work with area manager to improve product performance

- Experience in a leadership role within Beauty
- Experience in leading a sizeable team
- Excellent communication skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking an enthusiastic Boutique Manager with a customer centric mindset and a luxury approach to lead our new boutique.
- You should have a strong interest in the beauty industry, particularly skincare, and previous experience in leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to reach qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Provide monthly and annual reports to management (sales, traffic, KPIs, follow up, missed sales, stock issues, CS, discount…).
- Run analytical report for the boutique.
- Overlook daily operations like administration, inventory management, VM, and replenishment.
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s vision and key directions.
- Act as a coach for the team members and promote a growth mindset.
- Monitor the team’s development plans and professional growth.
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents.
- Ensure staff is trained with products and demonstrating to customers at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Must be updated about the promotional initiatives and shopping events.
- Work with area manager to improve product performance.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within Beauty
- Experience in leading a sizeable team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
