Role Overview

  • We are looking for an Executive Administration for one of our Business Units Swiss Watch Services to deliver the best possible Service to customers by accepting jobs and delivering and dispatching repaired items in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles new projects, follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and ensuring that all requirements are met on time.
  • Processes local and overseas incoming shipments to streamline the process and reduce the possibility of errors or delays.
  • Follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that customer queries are handled in a consistent manner.
  • Appears courteous, patient and helpful and follows all standards set for query handling at all times.
  • Refers any issues/ escalations to Admin Team Leader or Customer Support In charge or Manager to ensure timely resolution.
  • Displays team spirit and cooperate with peers to ensure a collegial environment.
  • Follows up and always keeps stakeholders updated on their queries or service requests.
  • Supports the remainder Administration Team during busy periods or when team members are on leave in either dispatch, following up on Sub dealer repairs, including job card creation and estimate submittal etc.

About You

  • Minimum 1 years of job related experience.
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
