Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store and warehouse activities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming steel materials, consumables, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements with the purchasing department
- Issue materials to production and project teams as per approved requisitions
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of steel materials and related items
- Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and documentation
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse best practices
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and material wastage
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in store and warehouse management, preferably in steel or heavy materials
- Experience in inventory management and stock audits
- Knowledge of steel materials and handling procedures
- Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams
