Responsibilities
- Create and send Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to suppliers and ensure accurate recording in Odoo
- Receive incoming stock, perform physical quality and quantity checks before acceptance
- Manage inventory updates in Odoo and ensure synchronization with Shopify system
- Monitor and maintain real time stock accuracy through daily physical stock checks
- Apply barcode labeling to all fruits and vegetables for proper tracking
- Organize and maintain product display using FIFO method to reduce expiry risks
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update system records accordingly
- Manage Shopify inventory filters and monitor sales across multiple online channels
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding near expiry and expired products for timely action
- Ensure proper freezer, chiller, and display arrangements for optimal product storage
- Maintain daily temperature logs for chillers, freezers, and delivery vehicles
- Communicate with operations team regarding stock availability and updates

Job Overview
- The Inventory & Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing end to end inventory flow, supplier coordination, and daily operational control of fruits and vegetables within the store and online systems.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
