- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery products
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to company standards and customer requirements
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items when required
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering bakery ingredients and supplies
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets
- Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bakery & Pastry Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of bread making, pastry production, cake decorating, and dessert preparation
- Experience working in a commercial bakery, hotel, café, or restaurant
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Culinary or Pastry certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
