Position Overview

  • As an Operations Customer Service & Admin, your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, scan, and dispatch customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Thoroughly inspect product quality before dispatching.
  • Verify expiration dates and ensure only acceptable items are dispatched.
  • Receive and process orders from third party delivery services.
  • Efficiently book and assign orders to delivery personnel.
  • Arrange chiller and freezer areas daily.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers when storekeeper is unavailable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency for order processing and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Working Conditions

  • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
  • Flexibility in work hours, occasional evening or weekend shifts.

Pay

  • Up to AED 2,500 per month.
