- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and shipments
- Manage material issuance and outward deliveries accurately
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory control
- Organize and store materials systematically in the warehouse
- Prepare delivery notes, material issue vouchers, and related documentation
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures
- Update inventory transactions in SAP and maintain accurate records
- Assist in loading, unloading, and material handling activities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store Assistant or Warehouse Assistant role
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience in handling inward and outward material movements
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
