Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the self storage facility
- Ensure all storage units, common areas, and office spaces are maintained to the highest standards
- Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximise utilisation
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local legislation
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Handle customer enquiries, reservations, move ins, move outs, and contract renewals
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Drive new business through walk in enquiries, telephone sales, digital enquiries, and local partnerships
- Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets
- Manage tenancy agreements, invoicing, payments, and collections
Requirements
- Experience in storage facility management or similar operations role
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to manage occupancy and revenue targets
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the self storage facility.
