- Schedule and execute stock take for all stores and warehouses as per SOP
- Analyse stock variances, identify reasons for discrepancies, and conduct recounts
- Prepare and process necessary system adjustments after stock take sign off
- Check transfer order status and verify posted transfer orders
- Supervise and train stock take teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assign counting zones and monitor progress during stock take events
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and store teams
- Prepare and present detailed stock variance, reconciliation, and analysis reports
- Monitor and improve stock take processes to increase efficiency
- Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation
- Track and monitor negative stocks, stock mismatches, and system discrepancies
- Conduct surprise stock audits and cycle counts
Requirements
- Experience in stock taking and inventory management
- Knowledge of ERP systems and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
- Ability to supervise and train stock take teams

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and execute stock take for all stores and warehouses as per SOP.
- Analyse stock variances, identify reasons for discrepancies, and conduct recounts with final confirmation and sign off from stores.
- Prepare and process necessary system adjustments after stock take sign off and variance analysis for applicable stores.
- Check transfer order status in the system (created, pending, duplicated, etc.) and verify posted transfer orders for all countries against soft copies.
- Ensure proper understanding and implementation of system processes and SOPs between warehouse and store operations.
- Supervise and train stock take teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance during stock counting activities.
- Assign counting zones and monitor progress during stock take events to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all stock take procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and store teams before and after stock taking activities.
- Prepare and present detailed stock variance, reconciliation, and analysis reports.
- Use inventory management systems and tools such as barcode scanners and ERP software for accurate stock tracking.
- Monitor and improve stock take processes to increase operational efficiency and minimize errors.
