Role overview
Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas while supporting memorable hospitality experiences.
Support daily hotel food-service operations and banquet functions.
Key responsibilities
- Clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
- Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removal.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and follow hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report safety concerns and equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Train and mentor new team members to support team performance.
