Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay.
This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events.
Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Specifically, this role will involve:
• Demonstrating high standards of customer service
• Receiving orders and serving customer requests
• Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area
• Preparing of mise-en-place
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience in crafting quality barista style coffees
• Must have a current and valid Victorian ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
• Experience working in a restaurant, bar or function space is required
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a charismatic personality capable of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Have a passion for creating great experiences for our guests
• Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
