About The Team

Job Summary
JD.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to lead recruitment efforts within our logistics and delivery stations.
This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and effective staffing of our growing network of stations, directly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of various JD.com logistics stations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for station-level positions, including but not limited to warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and administrative support.
- Collaborate closely with station managers and operational leaders to understand staffing requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, internal referrals, and local community outreach programs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and employment law regulations to ensure compliant and effective recruitment processes.
- Represent JD.com at career fairs and community events to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience recruiting for high-volume, operational roles, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to various station locations as needed.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.
