About The Team

  • You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high quality results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Data Analysis and Decision Support

  • Analyze operational data and business needs, provide data analysis and reports to support business decisions, strategy formulation, and adjustments, promoting the continuous and healthy development of the business.

Process Design and Optimization

  • Design and optimize operational support processes based on business development needs, ensuring standardized and efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Market Research and Competitive Response

  • Study market dynamics and industry trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights to support business strategy formulation, helping the business maintain market competitiveness.

Project Collaboration and Goal Achievement

  • Collaborate closely with team members, coordinate across departments, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, guaranteeing the smooth achievement of business objectives.

Operational Control and Issue Resolution

  • Monitor key operational metrics, take responsibility for achieving business results in assigned regions, handle emergencies and coordinate problem resolution, ensuring business continuity and stability.

Training and Talent Development

  • Lead training at operational sites, address business related questions, and manage talent pipelines, selection, and development to enhance the overall capability of the team.
