- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance through various communication channels
- Welcome customers to the showroom, directing them to appropriate team members
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through sales and after sales processes
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure seamless coordination of customer interactions
- Provide accurate technical advice and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Record all customer interactions in relevant systems (e.g., CRM)
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm their needs are met
- Generate reports on customer interactions and analyze trends
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest Mercedes Benz products, technologies, and after sales processes
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales support, service advisory, or technical assistance is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- UAE National only

Job Overview
- The Star Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to both potential and existing Mercedes Benz customers.
- This job serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to vehicle sales and after sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient communication and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance through various communication channels (phone, email, or in person).
- Welcome customers to the showroom, directing them to appropriate team members based on their needs.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the sales and after sales processes.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure seamless coordination of customer interactions.
- Provide accurate technical advice and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Record all customer interactions, including inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions, in relevant systems (e.g., CRM).
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm their needs are met and to enhance their ownership experience.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and analyse trends to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Mercedes Benz products, technologies, and after sales processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales support, service advisory, or technical assistance is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certifications or degrees in a related field are a plus.

- This role is part time only, covering shift patterns.
