Role Summary
- The Digital Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads generated through digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media channels, website inquiries, and other online sources. The primary objective is to maximize lead conversion by engaging prospective custom
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from digital channels
- Qualify customer leads by identifying requirements, budget, timeline, and preferences
- Maintain consistent follow up communication to nurture leads and maximize conversion
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed showroom appointments and vehicle sales
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams for smooth customer handovers
- Follow up with customers after showroom visits to support sales closing
- Achieve individual targets related to lead conversion, showroom appointments, and vehicle sales
- Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, and financing options
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through professional communication
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with marketing and showroom sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Prepare periodic reports on lead activity and sales performance
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales or similar role preferred
