Role Overview
- The Stakeholder Manager for Hard and Soft FM services in the public realm is responsible for establishing and enhancing relationships with local government authorities.
- The role ensures delivery of high quality FM services that meet strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and community expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as primary point of contact for local authorities and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings, consultations, and presentations to align services with stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate communication between FM teams and stakeholders on operational issues.
- Contract & Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor service quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
- Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Lead audits and inspections.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Contribute to strategic planning and prepare reports.
- Community & Public Engagement: Support community outreach and address feedback.
- Budget & Contract Management: Oversee budgets and manage negotiations.
- Risk Management & Safety: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
