Responsibilities
- Manage all authority approvals and stakeholder coordination to support smooth project delivery
- Prepare and implement the Stakeholder and NOC strategy
- Identify all relevant authorities (RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Etisalat/du, Rail Agency, etc.)
- Manage the full NOC lifecycle including submission, follow up, comment resolution, and approval
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (design, construction, planning, and traffic) to ensure aligned submissions
- Liaise with external stakeholders through meetings and workshops to resolve technical and approval related matters
- Track all NOCs through logs, ensuring timely updates
- Review authority comments, ensure compliance with regulations
- Support approvals such as ACCA, PTW, and CIMP where required, especially for rail/metro interface projects
- Identify risks related to approvals and propose mitigation measures to avoid delays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of NOC processes and authority requirements
- Hands on experience with authority portals
- Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure

Qualifications
