About the Opportunity

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate assurance across Stage Gate reviews and assess requirements, trigger points, and evidence at appropriate project stages.
• Monitor operational readiness, operator strategies, budgets, delivery plans, asset requirements, and handover preparedness.
• Prepare assurance reports and support evidence-based go, conditional-go, or no-go recommendations.
• Coordinate design reviews and address operability, maintainability, lifecycle, Opex, service-level, and handover requirements.
• Track review comments, actions, risks, and unresolved matters, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain asset management records and monitor implementation of Stage Gate outcomes.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in asset management, engineering, project management, operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• At least 14 years of relevant experience in asset management, governance, assurance, project controls, design review coordination, handover readiness, or infrastructure delivery.
• Knowledge of Stage Gate governance, reporting, evidence management, action tracking, risk escalation, and decision support.
• Experience coordinating with operations, O&M, delivery, consultant, and asset management stakeholders.
• Understanding of ISO 55001 principles, including lifecycle management, value optimization, risk management, and continual improvement.
• Proficiency with asset management platforms, dashboards, exception reporting, operational readiness, handover requirements, maintainability, and lifecycle planning.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
