Role overview
Loopio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to transform its platform into an agentic product for creating proactive and solicited proposals.
The role owns the vision, strategy, and execution for AI agents that actively complete work for users.
The position operates with significant autonomy from early concept through product-market fit and scaled adoption.
Product vision and execution
- Define and own the product vision for the assigned scope.
- Translate company objectives, product vision, and market opportunity into a roadmap from validation to scaled adoption.
- Set success metrics for each phase and hold the team accountable.
- Drive discovery to validate problems, solutions, and willingness to pay before significant investment.
- Ship early, learn from real usage, and iterate based on evidence.
- Drive post-launch adoption and own customer and business outcomes.
Agentic experience design
- Develop a point of view on excellent agentic experiences in a B2B SaaS context.
- Partner with engineering and AI/ML on agent orchestration, model selection, and reliability trade-offs.
