Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions in Cardiac ICU or Critical Care Units
- Monitor and manage patients on advanced cardiac support systems (e.g., ventilators, intra aortic balloon pumps, pacemakers)
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and cardiac specific treatments as prescribed
- Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret ECGs and hemodynamic parameters
- Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies, including arrhythmias and cardiac arrest, following ACLS protocols
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health, recovery, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE
- Minimum 2 3 years in cardiac critical care or cardiac ICU
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (preferred)

Job Summary

- This role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, including those requiring intensive monitoring and life support interventions.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in high pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.
- Experience: Minimum 2 3 years in cardiac critical care or cardiac ICU (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Critical Care Nursing Certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cardiac pathophysiology, pharmacology, and advanced monitoring techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision making skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
