Role Overview
This is a hands-on software engineering role in Information Security focused on customer identity and authentication.
The engineer builds and operates backend services supporting registration, login, authorization, and account lifecycle flows for B2C and B2B experiences.
The role emphasizes security, reliability, operational rigor, and collaboration with partner engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and operate CIAM backend services for registration, authentication, authorization, account lifecycle, and profile management.
- Implement OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM identity standards in code.
- Develop Python and Kotlin backend APIs and services for web, mobile, and partner applications.
- Integrate CIAM platforms with user data stores, messaging, fraud signals, and downstream customer platforms.
- Own MFA, step-up authentication, device binding, consent, and adaptive authentication flows.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
