Responsibilities
- Receive corrugated sheets, boards, and finished products from the production line
- Stack products accurately according to production specifications and customer requirements
- Ensure proper alignment, counting, and arrangement of products to prevent damage
- Segregate products based on size, grade, production batch, or customer order
- Perform visual inspection of products and identify defects such as damage, warping, misprints
- Report defects, abnormalities, or production concerns to the Machine Operator or Supervisor
- Ensure only approved products are transferred to the next stage of production
- Assist machine operators during machine setup, production changeovers, and routine operations
- Maintain continuous material flow by removing finished products from the production line promptly
- Support production targets through efficient stacking and handling of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Stacker Operator, Production Helper, Machine Helper, or similar role
- Experience in Corrugated Packaging, Carton Manufacturing, Paper Converting, or Packaging Industry preferred
- Ability to perform manual handling and work in a fast paced production environment
- Good understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Candidates currently residing outside the UAE are encouraged to apply
