Overview

  • Costing and pricing expert must have cost calculation / controlling know how to set up the cost model and all related cost factors which are relevant for automatic costing (material costs, machine costs, paper related costs etc.)
  • Costing expert must take decisions about pricing related Key Performance Indicators (pricing quality).
  • Should have good skills in MS SQL, Crystal Reports and CPMS application management to prepare all types of reports.

Responsibilities

  • To acknowledge and allocate all cost impact elements to calculate the product / quantity cost for the specific Taylor made product Inquiries.
  • To gather all the related costs and keep these updated monthly / yearly.
  • To prepare and maintain an excel based pre costing model.
  • To update the cost elements in the Companies quotation and order entry system.
  • Exchange with production regarding specific machine or order related setting en operational waste as well setting and operational time usage.
  • Include in the pre costing the supply requirements as packing, shipment and transport.
  • Prepare cost analyses on full cost, variable cost etc.
  • Compare new calculations with historical calculations for the same client / product.
  • Advice on sales price based on market sector, history , packing design, etc.
  • Prepare proposals in the form of a full price lists in case of tender or price update for a specific client.
  • Train Internal customer service team in using the pre costing model.
  • Be in charge for all area related topics during the rollout

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a comparable production process industry for Taylor made products.
  • Excellent capabilities’ in Microsoft Excel, Power point
  • Experience with ERP systems and or Financial software.
  • Understanding of market economics as well enterprise economics
  • Experience with budgeting, investment modelling.
  • Fluent English
  • Self driven good communicator and keeping high level of confidentiality.
  • Min. 80% time for the project
  • Verbal and written communications skills in local language and in English
  • Packaging business knowledge
  • Documentation skills

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 6.00 AED 12.00 per month
