- Manage end to end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates per job description, partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Strong executive search and high volume recruitment experience
- Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping
- Experience in a diversified group (construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or conglomerates)

Job Description
- Execute group wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Manage end to end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
- Source, screen, shortlist per job description as needed, partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Filipino candidate with minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (Strong executive search and high volume recruitment experience)
- Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping.
- Coming from a diversified group (construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or conglomerates).
