  • Design, develop, and maintain innovative capabilities across both on-premises and SaaS offerings.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical strategy and influence the long-term product roadmap.
  • Architect and implement scalable features for both cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Champion engineering excellence through test-driven development, code quality, reliability, and operational best practices.
  • Drive the delivery of resilient, enterprise-grade solutions that meet demanding scalability and performance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to technical leadership across the organization.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong software development experience in C++ and/or Go.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with data protection, storage systems, filesystems, or related infrastructure technologies is a plus.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications, SaaS platforms, microservices, or distributed infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for software quality, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. #LI-RB1

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered.

This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.

Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
