- Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL and Power Query languages
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) with SSIS and OLAP cubes
- Ability to analyze and model business needs
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and prioritize business requests
- Agile to work simultaneously on one or more projects within a matrix organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience interfacing with customers and working in large enterprise, implementing complex solutions
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry an asset

About the Role
- As a Business Intelligence (BI) analyst, you will be an agent of change within the organization by being a major contributor to culture shift in relation to data.
- You will communicate with senior leaders, managers, supervisors and functional experts to propose the implementation of strategic indicators.
- You will participate in the discussion, planning and execution of key performance indicators and interactive dashboards.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Salary
- In the province of Ontario, Canada, the pay range for this position will be CAD 90,000 to CAD 140,000.
