Job Summary
Supermicro is seeking a Senior Solution Product Manager to grow business across vertical markets in EMEA.
The role develops supplier ecosystems, supports sales teams, engages customers, and provides end-user solutions.
The position contributes to product definition strategy for Supermicro’s core product families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze market and business trends and develop programs to grow market share.
- Identify and prioritize enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
- Coordinate new product training for customers.
- Define and refine product and solution specifications with customers and engineering teams.
- Research technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
- Develop customer relationships with prospects and support sales teams in closing deals.
- Build ecosystems and maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
- Support sales growth across vertical markets in EMEA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 or more years of product management or product promotion experience.
