Position : Sr. Software Engineer – I Experience: 3–5 Years Level: L2 Domain: IT / Software Development
Develop, test, and maintain software features and applications.
Build and integrate REST APIs and work with SQL databases.
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
Debug and resolve issues across development, QA, and production.
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
Own assigned features/modules end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with QA and other engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript .
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, Docker, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and React/Angular or backend API development.
- Familiarity with unit testing, JSON, NoSQL, and software design patterns .
- Ability to work across at least two layers of the technology stack.
- Experience using AI coding assistants responsibly is a plus.
Good to Have
Exposure to Microservices / Event-Driven Architecture .
Knowledge of Python, C#, or TypeScript .
Client-facing or consulting environment experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
