About the Role

The Senior Site Supervision Engineer manages and supervises daily construction activities for an aviation-related project.

The role covers contractor oversight, site coordination, progress monitoring, quality control, and safe delivery.

The position provides technical leadership and coordinates civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction activities as the Client or Consultant’s primary site representative.
  • Manage contractor compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and standards.
  • Monitor progress, delays, risks, corrective actions, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary construction interfaces and sequencing.
  • Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and related documentation.
  • Inspect workmanship, materials, testing, and installations for quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, consultants, airport stakeholders, authorities, HSE, and QA/QC teams.
  • Follow up on RFIs, NCRs, technical queries, corrective actions, variations, claims, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Maintain site records and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering or Architecture background.
  • Proven aviation project experience; airside facilities and infrastructure experience is preferred.
  • Experience in complex construction environments and contractor supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
  • Experience reviewing technical construction documentation and monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
