Project Manager (Site Supervision) (Aviation Exp)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMC site supervision team across all project disciplines and work fronts.
• Provide overall site leadership for supervision and construction management functions.
• Act as the primary interface with the client, contractor, designer, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor execution for compliance with approved designs, specifications, method statements, program, and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, resources, sequencing, milestones, and baseline program performance.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, technical queries, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction interfaces and close technical issues, NCRs, observations, and actions.
• Oversee quality management, HSE requirements, aviation requirements, authority regulations, and airside operational constraints.
• Coordinate airside and landside works, including facilities, aircraft pavements, taxiways, aprons, infrastructure, and operational facilities.
• Lead progress and coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Review testing, commissioning, operational readiness, handover, snagging, punch lists, as-built documents, and O&M manuals.
• Report progress and risks, coordinate mitigation and recovery, and support the client’s schedule, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.

What Do We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including significant project management and site supervision experience.
• At least 5 years of aviation experience.
• Experience working within a PMC, consultant, or client representative organization on major aviation projects.
• Experience in aviation, airport, or major infrastructure projects involving complex airside and landside works.
