Meet the Team

  • This role presents an opportunity to join the EMEA Commercial & Sales Training team.
  • The position is responsible for delivering and continuously refining impactful training solutions.

Where you come in

  • Partner with MEA Commercial leaders to define training priorities through needs assessments.
  • Design and refresh core curriculum (onboarding, product, clinical, competitive and selling skills).
  • Deliver instructor led, virtual and blended learning experiences.
  • Reinforce learning through field coaching, observation, role plays and structured feedback.
  • Create training and enablement plans, materials and facilitator guides.
  • Measure effectiveness of programs using agreed metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with MEA leadership and EMEA Training peers to ensure consistent standards.
  • Maintain expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation, digital learning tools, and coaching methodologies.

What makes you successful

  • 5+ years in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical field sales training, enablement or commercial excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess capability needs, design learning solutions and drive field adoption.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in regulated healthcare/medical device environment within MEA region.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly across cultures and levels of seniority.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills across in person and virtual settings.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies including LMS, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs and strategic enablement frameworks.

Travel Required

  • 50 to 75% travel required.

Flex Workplace

  • Your primary location will be a home office.
  • You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
