About the Role

- Create and execute project schedules for hardware development, ensuring alignment with requirements, design, and verification.
- Facilitate communication among cross functional teams and manage risks related to project timelines and deliverables.
- Track and report on development milestones and weekly project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Coordinate prototype hardware builds, including managing Purchase Orders with suppliers.
- Foster collaboration and a positive working environment among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct project performance analysis to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints.
- Lead post mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.
Requirements
- B.Eng./B.Sc. in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or related)
- 5 10 years of hardware project/product management experience
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship building
- Proficient in project planning tools like MS Project and Excel
- M.Sc. in a technical field (nice to have)
- PMP Certification (nice to have)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira tools (nice to have)
- Agile project management experience (nice to have)
