- Collaborate with Product, Field, Programs, Communications, and Brand teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Lead regular performance reviews using marketing data and analytics to optimize partner campaigns
- Own partner marketing budget planning and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all partner marketing programs comply with Nokia’s brand and corporate guidelines

- Extensive experience in strategic partner or channel partner marketing, including a senior role within a global technology company
- Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive business results
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical approach to marketing planning with proven ability to measure and optimize program performance
- Experience in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, or B2B technology sectors

Job Description
- Operating at the intersection of business strategy and partner marketing, the ideal candidate brings deep expertise in strategic partner and channel partner marketing.
- This individual will ensure that all partner marketing efforts are cohesive, measurable, and drive business growth through Nokia’s partner ecosystem.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop and implement cross functional partner marketing strategies aligned with partner business strategies.
