Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control within large scale infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with standard forms of contracts (FIDIC preferred)

Role Description
- Seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Infrastructure Division.
- Responsible for managing all quantity surveying, commercial, and cost control activities related to major infrastructure projects.
- Projects include roads, utilities, stormwater networks, sewerage systems, electrical networks, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Administer contracts, subcontractor payments, and commercial correspondence.
- Evaluate and process variations, claims, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting.
- Support procurement, final accounts, and subcontract management.
- Coordinate with project teams to assess progress and commercial impacts.
- Assist in dispute resolution and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and financial controls.
- Identify, assess, and prepare variation orders, change notices, and commercial submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control within large scale infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with standard forms of contracts (FIDIC preferred).
