- Assist in preparing quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for infrastructure works
- Support review and verification of subcontractor invoices and progress claims
- Assist in preparation and updating of project cost reports and payment logs
- Perform quantity take offs from drawings and compare with site execution for accuracy
- Track material usage and site measurements in coordination with site engineers
- Assist in preparing and compiling supporting documents for variations and claims
- Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, and cost related correspondence
- Liaise with procurement and site teams to support commercial activities
- Help monitor cost trends and highlight deviations to the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure projects
- Currently residing in the UAE

Qualifications & Experience
