Role Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in bridge and road projects to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major civil infrastructure works.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex bridge and road projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utility networks, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions to maintain progress.
- Coordinate and supervise cross functional teams, subcontractors, and on site activities for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Abu Dhabi authority approvals.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project related risks and technical issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and maintain clear communication with senior management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and execute infrastructure projects effectively.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with Abu Dhabi authorities on infrastructure projects (required).
