Lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East for OpenText Professional Services.
Govern successful delivery of enterprise software solutions while driving customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Govern programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
- Own forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance.
- Assess readiness, implementation approaches, resources, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
- Lead executive governance, communications, escalations, and recovery planning.
- Govern OpenText-led and partner-led engagements for quality, satisfaction, and commercial alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and partners.
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise software programs.
- Strong governance and commercial acumen.
- Executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers without direct authority.
