Your impact

Reporting to the Manager, Renewals, this role manages customer relationships, sells maintenance and support programs, and drives retention and growth.

Primary activities include quoting, positioning upsells, following up, closing renewals, forecasting, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide proactive customer service and prepare competitive renewal quotes through regular phone outreach.
  • Partner with internal sales teams to negotiate quotes and adjust solutions as needed.
  • Maintain reporting systems, conduct research, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Build relationships with account executives, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Generate leads and pipeline for new maintenance renewal contracts while communicating the value of support programs.
  • Own assigned contracts and deliver full-value, on-time renewals using standard procedures.
  • Review purchase orders and payments, improve renewal processes, and contribute to a strong team environment.

What you need to succeed

  • One to two years of experience in a sales-oriented, lead generation, or renewals environment.
  • A university or college degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Creative lead research, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A goal-oriented, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, ownership, execution, multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability.
