- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource deployment strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations
- Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial controls
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management activities
- Drive quality control and adherence to international construction standards
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures across project sites
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and presentations for senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and operational challenges
- Manage claims, variations, and contract administration activities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure high productivity
Requirements
- 20 to 25 years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects
- Experience in end to end project execution including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, resource allocation, construction supervision, quality assurance, and timely project delivery
- Knowledge of international standards of safety and compliance
