- Develop, implement, and maintain project master schedules for civil construction projects
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource loaded schedules
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify schedule variances
- Prepare short term and long term project execution plans
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to align schedules
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective measures for delays
- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies where required
- Generate project progress reports, dashboards, S curves, and KPI reports
- Lead project planning review meetings with management and clients
- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity utilization
- Evaluate subcontractor progress and monitor project performance
