- Supervise all lifting operations and ensure activities are executed according to approved lifting plans and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, crane operators, and rigging teams regarding lifting schedules and work execution
- Review lifting plans and conduct pre lift meetings before critical lifting activities
- Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are inspected and certified before use
- Monitor lifting operations to ensure compliance with company safety standards and Qatar regulations
- Assess lifting risks and implement preventive control measures
