- Ensure full compliance with Qatar HSE regulations, project specifications, and international standards
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification studies, and implement preventive control measures
- Lead site safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance dashboards
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters
- Ensure emergency response procedures and crisis management plans are established and regularly tested
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture

Role Overview
- Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for large scale villa construction projects in Doha, Qatar.
