- The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of large-scale building construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
- The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders across high-value projects.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Oversee contract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
- Evaluate contractor performance and manage subcontractor agreements
