SR. PROJECT ENGINEER

Primary Purpose of the Job

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering, project management, and execution of oil and gas projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities with various discipline engineers during feasibility and concept optimization studies, FEED, and EPIC.
• Effective communication and team-building skills, including presentation, report writing, and meeting management.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. in an engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• A higher degree would be advantageous.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering or project management association or institution is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project management services for assigned capital projects.
• Manage projects from inception through commissioning and handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure project execution is safe and aligned with requirements, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
• Support feasibility and concept optimization studies.
• Coordinate engineering work during FEED and EPIC phases.
• Build teams and communicate project information effectively.
• Prepare presentations and project reports.
• Manage project meetings.
