SR. PROJECT ENGINEER

Primary Purpose of the Job

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering, project management, and execution of oil and gas projects.
• Experience coordinating with engineers from various disciplines during feasibility and concept optimization studies, FEED, and EPIC.
• Effective communication and team-building skills, including presentation, report writing, and meeting management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• A higher degree would be advantageous.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering or project management association or institution would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project management services for assigned capital projects from inception through commissioning and handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Ensure project delivery complies with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate engineering activities with engineers from multiple disciplines during feasibility and concept optimization studies, FEED, and EPIC.
• Prepare presentations and reports and manage project meetings.
• Support team building and effective communication across project stakeholders.
