Knowledge
Strong understanding of corporate and international tax principles.
Knowledge of cross-border transactions, tax treaties, permanent establishment, and withholding tax matters.
General understanding of indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax authority processes.
Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant tax experience in industry, professional services, or tax administration.
Proven experience supporting international tax matters, commercial transactions, and cross-border operations.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, external advisors, and tax authorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law or related discipline. - Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA or equivalent) preferred.
