Role Overview
Gilead Sciences is seeking a Product Manager for its oncology business in the Middle East.
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and supports the launch of new oncology products through integrated marketing and cross-functional planning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead integrated plans of action aligned with brand strategy, budgets, and schedules.
- Drive multi-channel marketing activities and digital marketing innovation.
- Track performance metrics to evaluate marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, including agency relationships.
- Contribute to Oncology Brand Team and cross-functional activities.
- Develop engagement plans with medical oncologists and other key stakeholders.
- Design initiatives to differentiate the company in the oncology field.
- Use market research and analytics to optimize marketing plans and tactics.
- Collaborate with global and country teams to share initiatives and develop projects.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with the Gilead Code of Practice and applicable regulations.
- Travel nationally and internationally for approximately 30–40% of working time.
Knowledge Requirements
- Expertise in marketing plan development, implementation, budget management, and campaign tracking.
